Assassination Rogue... Garrote and Vanish

Hi, love the addon. However, when using my rogue I notice that Garrote is not flashed when Vanish is off cooldown. I don't always want to hit Vanish on cooldown. After using Vanish, Garrote flashes properly. Am I doing it wrong? Should I always be hitting Vanish on cooldown?

Is Subterfuge the cause?

It might be, I would need to check simcraft APL or maybe i did some mistake

Yep, it was Subterfuge. Switched to Nightstalker and Garrote now appears in the rotation.
