Battle Shout suggestion

I remember on an older version (pre legion if I remember right, unless I'm crazy and thinking of something else) Battle Shout would highlight if you didn't have it on. It's a solid dps boost and I'm absent minded enough to forgot to reapply it so I figure others might be too. Would the same for the intel buff mages have I suppose.

No, maxdps never suggested raid-wide buffs. Simply because its extremely expensive to scan all party/raid members.

It is better to either use it when RL says so or use weakauras to remind you of that.

Ooooh I was thinking of bitten's (or whatever it's called) And ya that's fair, I was speaking on more of a personal 'you're running around on your own' sorta thing, but it's inevitably not important as in a raid situation you'll have people shouting at you.

I mean this is really CPU heavy. Would drop your FPS considerably.
