Just tried your addon on a dummy.

In two minuets, it has not prompted me to burst with scourge strike, its telling me to apply festering strike even while there is 8 stacks and 8 is the max.
So, so far I do not think its up to date ?
Also, I had hopped that there would be a 'floating/movable icon' which to view the next action. The addon has me looking at the action bar unless I am missing something ?

I am not pro UH Dk, someone wrote this rotation and it looked fine when I checked.
